Otto Gerharz, who in 1951 as operations manager at Ruscha Keramik, invented what we today refer to as "Fat Lava Glaze". He set up his own company, "Otto Keramik" in 1964.
Every single Otto Keramik product is hand-finished and colored, so no two products are 100% alike.
