I am now selling a black, brushed, vintage, Christian Dell-designed table lamp, in bakelite. It was designed in the 1930s (the Art Deco period) and they were, among other things, used in all administrative offices in the old Soviet Union (USSR), in the state offices, including at the KGB. This is an original lamp and not a copy, it is manufactured at the "Orehowo Zuewo" factory.
The lamp is in very good condition, I will take a light service on the lamp; will change to an up-to-date, twinned fabric cord and a new plug. All electrical work will be carried out by a professional.
"Overall" is this is a stylish lamp, so to speak, without any kind of dent or damage. A really genuine, vintage and cool lamp!
It is fully functional and can be used with a regular light bulb or with LED. You can adjust the lamp arm itself forwards/backwards, the lampshade is also adjustable and can be bent up or down. The lamp is solid, very stable and has a pleasant and good light. Whole and fine, no flaking or nicks.
The very striking design and exceptional workmanship make this lamp a real eye-catcher!
