Bauhaus - a beautiful German table lamp, from the 1930´s

Here is an old rarity, a Bauhaus desk lamp from the 30s, designed by the Cosack brothers, for Gecos.

This has a lot in common with Christian Dell's lamps, with an identical base and neck.

The lamp arm can be tilted via a joint mounted on the foot / base and the lampshade can be rotated and tilted via a joint on the top of the neck, which provides good opportunities for adjustments.

It has a grounded plug, black switch (on the base) and a black grounded cable, all of this is new. All electrical work has been done by a professional.

The lamp has a very cool and authentic and industrial patina, a little out of the "ordinary", cool with a tough and worn look too, everything doesn't have to be perfectly durable!

Patina on both the shade, base and on the chrome. The shade is varnished with clear varnish, which prevents further peeling of the varnish, while also providing a smooth and nice surface, easy to dust.

But despite all this, this lamp still fits into a "tidy home", as it will create a great contrast in your home!
