Amazing book about the Italian designer Gino Sarfatti (2012)

I am now selling a book, "Gino Sarfatti 1938-1973 Selected Works", which was published in 2012.

It is based on the works of the Italian designer Gino Sarfatti. He was considered the greatest Italian lighting designer of the 20th century.

This book is a fantastic 496-page book that presents the creations of the designer Gino Sarfatti from the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. He was awarded many prizes, among which the"Compasso d'Oro" in 1954.

Gino Sarfatti (1912 - 1985) was one of the leading lighting designers of the 20th century. Between 1938 and 1973, he designed a number of remarkable lighting devices (more than 600) and invented new types and functions.

Sarfatti can be described as both a "pioneer" and a "master" of Italian design, but so far this work has not received sufficient attention from the official annals of history.

This volume, composed of materials preserved in the "Riccardo and Sandra Sarfatti" archive in Milan, accompanied by a detailed critical interpretation, 86 technical diagrams and a list of the most important works, aims to tell the story of Gino Sarfatti, the man and the designer, in its entirety for the first time.

The book contains beautiful images with both English and Italian text.

It is out of print, so here you just have to take advantage of the opportunity to secure a great reference work, consisting of beautiful works of art, in the form of his lamps!
