I am now selling a pair of Art Deco "Banker" table lamps in black lacquered cast iron from the 1930s.
These are two beautiful industrial desk lamps with heavy cast iron bases, decorated with rolling acanthus leaves that support the lamp arms of the lamps and the original green enamel shades with logo. Designed by Georges Mail for the manufacturer NIAM.
Both lamps have the switches built into the two brass bulb sockets. The lamps are supplied with 2 new "bayonet" LED bulbs ( B22 ) from Ledvance, at 4 W ( = 40 W ).
The lamps have new, contemporary twisted cables, one in black and the other in brown ( see pictures ).
These are two beautiful examples of these sought-after variants of the classic bank lamps, with only some light signs of use.
These can be perfect as bedside lamps, or on either side of a large chest of drawers.
